Acceptance Procedure

Timeline for Traditional Sites

August 24 – Returning students will automatically be accepted if a 2017-18 application is submitted by this date.

August 25 – Remaining spots at each site will be awarded through a lottery drawing with sibling groups considered together.

September 1 – Parents will be notified of their child’s acceptance. If applying for a tuition scholarship, income verification documentation is due.

Week of September 11 – Programming begins.

September 15 – Final date to submit first tuition payment.

Timeline for 21st Century Community Learning Center Sites

August 14 – Parents will be notified of their child’s acceptance.

Week of August 21 – Programming begins. Applications continue to be accepted.

September 1 – If applying for a scholarship, income verification is due.

September 15 – Final date to submit first tuition payment.

Waiting List

Any students not accepted during the lottery process or who apply after a site is full will be placed on a wait list. If a spot becomes available, students will be chosen from the wait list in the order in which they applied. Sibling groups will be considered together to the extent that it is possible. Parents will be notified if their child is wait listed no later than September 1.
