Kids’ Orchestra Payment Plan

Payment Plans

Monthly payments must be made by the 15th of each month (September to May). If you are paying by semester, payment must be made by September 15 and February 15. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, your child will not be allowed to take their instrument home.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Kids’ Orchestra does not issue a refund for any semester or month already in progress. For questions, please call Puja Thapa at 225-922-4656 ext. 100 or pthapa@kidsorchestra.org

 

Tuition Payment Methods

Preferred forms of payment include

  • Online payment via kidsorchestra.org’s
  • Credit or Debit Cards accepted over the phone by calling 225.922.4656 X100
  • Check or money order mailed to PO Box 788 Baton Rouge, LA 70821
  • Check, cash, or money order delivered to 460 Florida St. between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00 pm.

Payments may also be brought to your child’s school office as permitted to be placed in the Kids’ Orchestra collection envelope. Please call 225-922-4656 ext. 100 to verify that this is an option for your child’s school.

All payments must be labeled with your child’s name and school.

Please do not bring payment to your child’s Kids’ Orchestra program staff. All onsite payments must be made in the school office as permitted.
