In an effort to reduce summer learning loss, we have two three-week STEAM Summer Camp sessions. The camp is funded by the 21st CCLC Grant, a Federal grant that allows Kids’ Orchestra to provide the STEAM camp free of charge to children attending one of our 13 partner schools in North Baton Rouge.

Summer camp days include half a day of music and half a day of STEM activities. The theme for this year’s camp was ONCE UPON A TIME.

Our campers will engage in an imaginative adventure exploring the music of classic fairy tales, design and engineer solutions to problems that occurred “once upon a time,” and create art to match this enchanting theme.
