KO Harmony Collective
The KO Harmony Collective is a brand new program, offering students additional performance opportunities and rehearsals beyond our afterschool and private lessons programs, preparing them for unique ensemble experiences. Through this program, young musicians from Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes will have space to develop musical skills, build confidence, and explore creativity through music.
This program is completely free for families and is open to all students, not just current KO students.

March 30 - Taste of Mid City
We are excited to be the 2025 beneficiary of Taste of Mid City, Baton Rouge's tastiest food festival that celebrates the best food and cultures of the city! Hosted by Franklin Associates and The Executive Center, renowned chefs from Mid City showcase their culinary expertise as they compete for the title of “Fan Favorite,” awarded through votes cast by event attendees. Taste of Mid City is a family friendly event that includes live music, educational activities, games for kids, face painting, and fellowship.
April 11 - Pelicans Basketball Game
Join Kids' Orchestra at the New Orleans Pelicans game on April 11th at 7 PM for an unforgettable night of hoops and harmony!
KO students will be performing throughout the arena—pregame, the National Anthem, and even in the concourse. It’s a chance for the community to come together, cheer on the Pelicans, and support music education.
May 24 - NOLA Gold Rugby Match
We are thrilled to perform at the NOLA Gold Rugby match on May 24th at 6 PM. Students from the KO Harmony Collective will perform the KO Fanfare, National Anthem, and in the stands during the match.
