Here at Kids' Orchestra, we are committed to building a community of creative, confident, and socially engaged students through music education. We give Kindergarten through 5th grade students across East Baton Rouge Parish the opportunity to study music, learn an instrument, and perform in an ensemble.
PROGRAM MANAGER
KO is hiring teaching artists for private lessons, group lessons, and to join the KO sublist for:

General music classes (kinder and 1st grade) or for Instrument Explorers (2nd grade)

Flute
-
Clarinet
-
Trumpet
-
Trombone
-
Percussion
-
All Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass)
KO team members get:

Professional development ($ paid events!)

Onsite, in-person, or virtual coaching sessions

KO teaching resources
-
Opportunities to perform, network, and share your craft in the community
Info on application and scheduling:

KO is hiring teachers to start Fall 2022 and continue through Spring 2023

Application period is ongoing until positions are filled
-
KO group lesson site operations are M/W or T/Th from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
-
KO group lessons start in August/September (pending school and district COVID19 updates)

Private lesson scheduling is flexible to fit your schedule!

Pay starts at $25.00 per half-hour private lesson and $50.00 per group lesson
