Summer Camp

• Week 1 (June 1-5): Olympic Orchestra - Ready, set, go! This week our Olympic musicians will learn fun music, build confidence, and cross the finish line.
• Week 2 (June 8-12): Once Upon a Tune - Come and explore how music makes storytelling magic. Through creativity and cooperation, students will bring music to life.
• Week 3 (June 15-19): Symphony Safari - Join us to experience how the animal kingdom makes music. Students will recognize and create music to be in harmony with nature.
• Week 4 (June 22-26): Beyond the Rainbow - Explore each color of the rainbow through music and dance, bringing emotions of art to life.

• Camp will take place at The Dufrocq School (330 S 19th St., Baton Rouge, LA 70806)
• Grades K-7
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Instruments will be provided free of charge for the duration of the camp
• Each week will conclude with a concert on Friday afternoon

Classes

The classes that will be taught for summer camp include (you can click on any of these class names to watch an introductory video): Foundations, Violin, Viola, Cello, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Percussion

Instrument offerings are subject to change based on teacher availability and class enrollment.

Tuition for summer camp is $325 per week per camper, which includes a $50 registration fee that will be charged upon enrollment. This $50 fee is non-refundable and will be used to hold your child's spot in the camp. The remaining balance is due prior to the first day of camp each week.
